Flowers Delivery, Cancellation and Returns
Local Deliveries: We offer hand delivery to Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties. The delivery fee will be calculated based on the delivery address during the checkout.
Same-day delivery service: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 pm Eastern Time, subject to availability of the required flowers. You can indicate your desired delivery time in the comments to your order. Or write to us at (619) 897-58-42.
And we deliver orders the next day, placed before 7 pm.
REQUESTS FOR SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES: Due to various factors, such as traffic, we cannot assure precise delivery times. However, you can request a delivery time frame by filling in the special instruction box when completing your order. We will make every effort to deliver the arrangement during your preferred Time frame. also, you are always welcome to send us a message so that one of our team members can handle your request personally.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT present: If the recipient is not present during the delivery, we will attempt to contact you by phone, unless you have added special delivery instructions when placing the order. While we do our due diligence to reach you, if we miss you we may leave the delivery in a safe place, such as in a shaded area on the front porch, with building concierge or with a neighbor. a picture proof of the final delivery place will be taken by our driver. We might also leave a message to call to arrange for future delivery.( second delivery fee may apply)
THE RECIPIENT MAY BE CONTACTED: We may need to contact the recipient to ensure someone will be home to accept delivery or to confirm the address unless you tell us not to contact them in the special instruction box when completing your order

As soon as our dedicated team ensures that your beautiful flowers have been safely handed over, we send you a delivery confirmation to provide you with peace of mind. We understand the importance of making sure your special gift reaches its destination, and we're committed to keeping you informed every step of the way.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellation requests must be submitted by message 1 (619) 897-5842 or emailing urban.garden.llc@gmail.com at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery or shipping day.
